Dramatic Smash n Grab on Queens Pde!

Unbelievable scenes unfolded last Saturday morning at 7.20am. Dog walkers, joggers and those shaking off the working week with Cavalini coffees witnessed 3 bandits complete with halloween masks and get-away car unleashing chaos on the street outside the mien shop front. 

Is AVEDA really that popular with the criminal elements of Melbourne? Is it the paddle brush deal perhaps?! Crims hungry for haircare procured a nearby wheelie bin as their shopping trolly making off with most of our Christmas packs, skin, lifestyle and hairdressing retail! 

Thankfully no one was injured in the siege and by Monday our stock will be fully replenished, the shop front will be reinstated and in all its Christmas splendour. The team were shaken but not stirred and were excellent in getting the salon completely operational by late morning. 

Police are on the case and have aparently made a lot of progress. The smash and grab was replicated at a Carlton salon 3 days later.
