1⁄4 chopped avocado
1 nectarine or peach , chopped
1⁄2 frozen banana
1 cup of almond milk
1 tsp of Manuka honey (optional)
2 tsp Flexibility
Ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
