Infection Control at Mien Salon Spa and Mini Me Salon

Naturally some have wondered if it's safe to visit Mien Salon Spa during these uncertain times. Especially after Friday's announcement regarding social space. Until told otherwise our plan is to keep the Mien Salon Spa doors open albeit with new strategies and procedures designed to protect our guests and staff whom are our highest priority. Please know our OHS protocols have been proactively enhanced to ensure our working environment is as clean and safe as possible for everyone.

 ​As we watch the health Pandemic unfolds we're keeping up to date and taking things day by day, but at this stage, it's business as usual and we look forward to welcoming you at Mien. 

To help maintain high levels of hygiene, we ask that you:​

 *Use the anti bacterial hand sanitiser provided at the front door.​

* Please, if you're feeling unwell in, we kindly ask that you re-schedule until you are feeling 100%.

 Things you should know about our regular processes are:​

 * We have provided all our hairdressers  with surgical grade masks to wear if you prefer they do so. Our team are also trained in how to keep their mask sterile to protect themselves. 

* All spa therapists always wear surgical grade masks for all treatments.

* We have hand sanitiser on our work stations and in each treatment room and use it before and after each guest.

* We wipe down all surfaces with disinfectant after every guest.

* We thoroughly disinfect all equipment after every guest.

* All our linen is washed in hot water.

* All glasses used to serve guests are washed in dish drawer washers using 60 degrees water.​
