After taking 2 years off the salon floor to manage building his Fitzroy home, you may not know that Simon is one of the founders of Mien! Simon is also our hair cutting educator. He is known for his presenting in workshops and seminars he has also inspired many successful hairdressing careers. He and co-owner wife Claudia love Fitzroy North where he feels he’s in a demographic where people are about expressing individuality. So with a nod to seasonal trends Sy is one of the instigators of the mien way. He’s THE master of haircutting and has a great eye for bone structure and cutting hair to suit ones face, hair texture and body shape. Your hair cut with Sy will wash and wear beautifully. You can find him at Mien Salon Spa on Fridays and Saturdays.
