More sleep
We recommend aiming for 8 hours of shut eye a night! Those extra z’s will give your body the opportunity to reboot and regain the strength, energy and immunity that will help to fight off illnesses.
Eating well
Most of your immune system comes from the gut, so make good choices when it comes to the food you eat. Load up on greens, good fats, and whole grains to boost your immunity and keep your body filled with vitamins.
Keep moving
We cannot stress enough how important it is to keep your body moving! Not only does regular exercise boost your metabolism, and support a healthy respiratory system, but it also is an undeniable way to ease that unhealthy stress which can take a toll on our immune system.
Meditate and be mindful
Amidst whatever tension or stress you may be experiencing, take the time to focus on remaining calm, centred and positive. Taking moments of mindful meditation can enhance your awareness, lower stress and strengthen your overall mindset.
Staying hydrated
Sip on Water. Make better choices when it comes to what you’re drinking in order to keep your body hydrated and refreshed. Too much sugar can have a negative effect on your skin, your immune system, and your overall wellbeing. Try sticking to water, herbal teas, and other non-artificial drinks for healthy hydration!
