Please come to your appointment on time and alone.

We cannot accomodate extra people in the salon due to the current cap on guests allowed inside.

All guests visiting mien and employees must be fully vaccinated. We will request official proof of vaccination upon arrival so please add your Covid - 19 digital certificate to the Service Victoria app before you come to your appointment.

Please understand we are complying with State mandates and cannot look after you if you do not show this. 

If you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms please get tested and visit us when you have returned a negative test result and have fully recovered.

If you do need to change or cancel your appointment please do so within 24 hours of your booking to avoid loosing your deposit.

All deposits are non refundable for last minute cancellations.
